By signing up to be an Affiliate in the Harmonic Egg® Affiliate Program (“Program”) you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).
Harmonic Egg® reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Program, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Program after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your Account and forfeiture of any outstanding affiliate commission payments earned during the violation. You agree to use the Affiliate Program at your own risk.
Once you have signed up for the Affiliate Program, you will be assigned a unique Affiliate Code. You may place links, banners, or graphics we provide with your Affiliate Code on your site, emails, or other communications.
We will provide special link formats (“Special Links”) for accurate tracking and referral fee accrual. You will earn referral fees only for sales made through properly formatted Special Links.
Affiliate links should point to the page of the product being promoted.
To earn a 10% referral fee (or $100 flat for the LiFT™), the customer must click a Special Link and complete an order during that session.
We only pay commissions on links automatically tracked by our systems. Untracked referrals cannot be paid.
We may disqualify commissions earned through fraudulent or overly aggressive marketing methods.
Payments begin once you’ve earned more than $20. If you never cross $20, commissions are not paid.
You may not issue press releases about your participation or misrepresent your relationship with Harmonic Egg®. You may not imply endorsement or affiliation beyond what this Agreement permits.
You may not purchase products through your own affiliate links.
If your affiliate earnings exceed $20, you will be paid monthly. If not, the payment rolls over until the threshold is met.
Customers who purchase through your affiliate links are considered Harmonic Egg® customers. All Harmonic Egg® policies apply to them, including pricing and availability changes.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including email marketing laws such as the CAN‑SPAM Act.
This Agreement begins upon acceptance and ends when terminated by either party. Upon termination, you must remove all Harmonic Egg® links, trademarks, and materials.
Harmonic Egg® may suspend or terminate your account at any time. Termination may result in forfeiture of commissions earned through fraudulent or questionable methods.
You and Harmonic Egg® are independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
Harmonic Egg® is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability will not exceed the total referral fees paid to you.
Harmonic Egg® makes no warranties regarding the Program or products sold through it, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE TO ALL TERMS. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WE MAY OPERATE SITES OR PROGRAMS THAT COMPETE WITH YOURS.
Any dispute relating to this Agreement shall be submitted to confidential arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
This Agreement is governed by U.S. law. You may not assign this Agreement without written consent. The Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Harmonic Egg®.
